Building Surveyor – AssocRICS
Costas joined Fourth Wall in 2022 following a career managing property portfolios for landlords and investors across London and Sheffield. With an eye for detail and a problem-solving nature, Costas turned his focus to the world of surveying and is currently working towards his AssocRICS accreditation with Sava – School of Surveying.
Keen to constantly progress and evolve, his goal is to gain MRICS accreditation and develop his skills and knowledge of construction and property methods across the world, particularly in Bulgaria and Greece. When he’s not investigating damp issues and spotting defects, Costas enjoys hiking in the Peak District, spending time with his family and travelling the world.
