Building Surveyor – AssocRICS
Following varied experience working in education and marketing, Phoebe moved into the surveying industry and studied at Sava – The School of Surveying. She developed her knowledge at two national residential surveying firms before gaining her AssocRICS accreditation and joining Fourth Wall in 2022.
With a confident and friendly nature, Phoebe welcomes the opportunity to chat to clients as she helps them understand their property. Her enthusiasm for problem solving means she enjoys surveying properties of all shapes and sizes, and diagnosing the varied defects she finds onsite. When she’s not inspecting properties and helping clients, you’ll find Phoebe running marathons, spending time with her friends and walking with her Frenchie, Belle.
