Building Surveyor
Lauren joined the Fourth Wall Residential team in early 2023, having previously worked as an Estate Agent and Property Manager before commencing her Building Surveying journey.
Lauren’s experience has seen her work as a sales negotiator for a national estate agency and as a property manager for new build estates and large portfolios before turning her hand to surveying. With an outgoing and ambitious personality, Lauren enjoys the variety of properties and clients she experiences at Fourth Wall.
Whilst working as a Trainee Building Surveyor developing her knowledge whilst conducting residential inspections across Yorkshire and the Midlands with Fourth Wall’s Lead Director, Lauren studied with Sava – School of Surveying to gain a qualification in Residential Surveying and Valuation, before receiving her AssocRICS accreditation in January 2024.
Outside of work, Lauren is passionate about classic cars, having recently restored a 1982 Classic Mini. She can often be found sunning herself on holiday, testing out new recipes in the kitchen, or driving into the sunset at a classic car show.
