We’re seeking an experienced MRICS or AssocRICS Residential Building Surveyor to join our
dynamic and innovative consultancy, based in one of our offices in Sheffield, Manchester or
Birmingham.
With a strong pipeline of instructions across the Midlands & North of the UK servicing a
variety of clients, from the general public to commercial investors with large portfolios, you’ll
be inspecting and reporting on properties of all shapes, sizes and ages.

The Requirements:
- AssocRICS or MRICS, with minimum 1-2 years building surveying experience.
- Experience writing RICS Level 2 & Level 3 home surveys, snagging surveys and
specific defect reports - A full clean driving licence with regular travel to site inspections each week.
- Detailed knowledge of building construction & pathology and have good performance
& risk awareness within a regulatory environment - Excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to build
relationships with colleagues and clients. - An understanding of GoReport or other report writing software
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft software
- Experience with AutoCAD would be beneficial but not essential.
The Package:
- Base salary of £35-50k depending on skill set and experience
- Annual performance based bonus

- Hybrid working within a permanent, full time contract equating to, 2 days per week in
