Graduate Building Surveyor
Luke joined Fourth Wall as a Graduate Building Surveyor in 2023 having spent 8 years working as an Architectural Technician at a large design and build practice in Manchester City Centre.
Alongside a First Class Honours Degree in Building Surveying from the University of Salford, Luke brings an extensive knowledge of design and specification, construction, regulatory frameworks and skills in AutoCAD and Sketchup to the Fourth Wall team.
On track to gain his MRICS Chartered status in 2024, Luke is particularly focused on diversifying his experience in both commercial and residential surveying, working on a variety of instructions across the country including Listed Building Surveys, CDM Consultancy, Dilapidations, Pre-acquisition Surveys and Schedules of Condition.
When he’s not running projects and exploring historic buildings, Luke is a devoted Manchester United supporter and a keen hiker, regularly spending his weekends in the Peak District with his partner and dogs.
