Building Surveyor
Scott joined the Fourth Wall Residential Team in 2023 following a professional footballing career spanning 17 years and multiple countries.
Having turned his hand many times to property development, Scott decided to refocus his career and began studying with Sava – School of Surveying to qualify in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
With a driven and ambitious personality, Scott was drawn to the varied opportunities presented as a Building Surveyor at Fourth Wall, and with his AssocRICS accreditation coming through in January 2024, the next step for Scott is to further develop his expertise as he heads towards gaining MRICS Chartered status in the coming years.
When he’s not inspecting houses or playing football, Scott can be found on the golf course, exploring the Peak District and spending time with his wife and three sons.
