Pete Nichols

Pete joined Fourth Wall in early 2024 as Director, Chartered Building Surveyor to help drive forward the company’s growth in Commercial Building Consultancy and Project Management. Pete gained a First Class Honours degree in Building Surveying from Sheffield Hallam University before joining Hollis Global where he managed multi-million pound projects across the country, worked for household name banks on Development Monitoring, and advised landlords and tenants in industrial, office and retail properties on Dilapidations and other landlord & tenant matters. As a qualified RICS APC Assessor, Pete is passionate about supporting young people and will be assisting junior colleagues through RICS APC mentoring. He was also shortlisted for both the Insider Midlands Young Professional of the Year and Greater Birmingham Young Professional of the Year Awards in 2023.
