Director, Chartered Building Surveyor
Liam joined Fourth Wall in February 2024 as Director, Chartered Building Surveyor to drive
the company’s growth across commercial and heritage consultancy.
Liam gained a First Class Honours degree in Building Surveying from Sheffield Hallam
University before going on to work within some of the UK’s leading organisations and
institutions including Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace, Windsor Castle, Eton College,
and Hollis Global.
His specialism lies in Heritage assets, with a passion for the sensitive restoration and
preservation of historic buildings to prolong their life for future generations to enjoy. Liam
brings his world-leading heritage experience to ensure Fourth Wall’s clients gain the best
advice for caring for and developing their heritage buildings.
Liam also brings expertise in landlord and tenant matters from across the commercial
property sector, driven by a desire to support and assist those who really need it, be that
providing advice to first time commercial tenants, or working with informed, experienced
landlords, through expert dilapidations advice and negotiation.
When he’s not inspecting sash windows and advising on historic restoration, Liam can be
found whipping up a mean carbonara, watching Manchester United (often lose) or soaring
the skies as he works towards his private pilot’s license.
